Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, Division Lead to support the Southwest Division and leadership team as part of the Commercial Bank within Market Coverage. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the trusted advisor/delegate and part of the Southwest Division leadership team, effectively integrating dissenting opinions from the field into successful implementation of enterprise and Commercial Banking-level priorities
- Assist Division Executive in driving accountability/execution against the division and market level plans through regular assessment of progress
- Serve as the point of contact for all field-facing strategic execution of initiatives within the Division - translates the "asks" into field-consumable initiatives that are successfully completed
- Act as a subject matter professional leading complex, large and cross-organizational strategic initiatives with division-wide impact
- Help drive and coordinate execution of the Market Coverage business plan priorities within the Southwest division
- Produce executive-ready decks (monthly business reviews, strategic updates, etc.) with clear, consistent messaging and meaningful, actionable insights through data
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings at the senior leader level and down throughout the organization
- Uphold strong relationships across business segments, sales enablement, risk & control, HR, Finance, etc.
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior leadership teams effectively, and then cascade clear and concise messaging down through the layers in the organization
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with ability to create a leader storyline through visuals and data. Ability to create executive-ready decks and talking points
- Project management and/or execution experience leading broad and detailed initiatives across multiple constituencies and teams
- Ability to work easily in a matrix reporting structure, with accountability both to the Division Executive and to the Market Coverage Business Manager
- Front line or client-facing experience preferred
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
