About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Analytic Consultant within our Consumer, Small and Business Banking organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Advance the organization's capabilities by leading initiatives geared toward more efficient and capable platforms and/or techniques
  • Lead the design and implementation of BI solutions from ideation to implementation. Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
  • Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the organization
  • Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor within the leadership team.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action
  • Mentor junior team members in development strategy and techniques

  • 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience developing business intelligence solutions or data analytics applications using Tableau
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience using SQL within a variety of database sources such as SAS, Oracle, or Teradata
  • 4+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards that provide business solutions.
  • Proven track record of understanding business processes/procedures and partnering with stakeholders to deliver dashboard solutions that solve business problems.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
