About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an IT Asset Managment (ITAM) and Policy Specialist. This person will oversee the ITAM program, ensuring our assets are properly tracked, maintained and compliant with regulations. By managing these assets, it helps mitigate risks and prevents security vulnerabilities. Additionally, they will also be responsible for tracking adherence to policy and generating risk treatments, this role ensures continuity in reviewing and managing exceptions, preventing delays and compliance gaps. Using Service Now - JIRA and a mix of internal tools to ensure data quality for our asset documentation.
In this role, you will:
- Perform ITAM data integrity checks and update our CMDB/AMDB as needed while monitoring our network assets though their lifecycle
- Partner with engineer teams to preform policy evaluations ensuring our use of network assets are in line with policy requirements and assist with apply risk treatments as needed
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within business and contribute to large-scale, cross-functional planning related to mitigation of current and emerging business risk issues and concerns
- Assess, analyze, and design moderately complex controls, protocols, and approaches with respect to risk mitigation and the control environment, including ensuring effective planning for sustainability, ongoing control adherence, reporting, measurement, technology impacts, and monitoring
- Independently make decisions and resolve moderately complex issues while leveraging solid understanding of the business's functional area or products, operations, and regulatory environment; facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans; lead peers and key business partners to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to address current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance or support in interpreting, developing, and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
- Partner with peers and the business in interactions with external parties to support appropriateness and timeliness of response, and effectiveness of communications and materials
- May serve as a mentor for lower-level staff

- 4+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years with JIRA and Service Now
- 4+ years of risk and vulnerability assessments
- 3+ years data analytics. Skilled at analyzing data sets, drawing out conclusions and trends, and communicating those trends to broader audiences
- 3+ years Project Management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to success in a rapidly changing environment
- 3+ years of technical experience with Network/Security devices, Asset Management experience
- 2+ years running patching programs for vulnerabilities working with engineering teams to track progress of patch deployments
- 2+ years running Asset Management programs for network hardware
- 2+ years of horizontal service management support of engineering teams
- Effective communicator. Writes clearly, compellingly, and in a way that breaks down complex topics into their most important components
- Problem solver. Able to consistently make excellent decisions through a combination of data analysis, judgment, and experience, including the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plan
- Bonus: Certifications like CCNA/CISSP/Security+

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
