About this role:

The Wells Fargo Cyber Security Authentication Platform Management Team is seeking a team member to work closely with internal business partners, internal technology teams, and external vendors to create solutions for the Wells Fargo Active Directory & Entra AD Infrastructure. Uses scripting tools and automation to develop real-time monitoring, metrics, certification, and quality assurance applications. Works with technical leads, business analysts, system analysts, DBAs, infrastructure, and other cross-department teams to evaluate business needs and provide end-to-end technical solutions. Provides production monitoring and disaster recovery standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provides on-call support for Active Directory & Entra environment and its infrastructure components. Serves as second/third level SME support, implementation of changes as necessary, incident and problem ticket support when technical issues occur. Serves escalation point for application support and troubleshooting provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems. Serves as lead for Active Directory & Entra BCP, Security Planning, Audit Support, maintains all technology process documentation, perform BCP exercises, provide audit evidence and support as needed. Assures that quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversee creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in computer security incident response activities for moderately complex events
  • Conduct technical investigation of security related incidents and post incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategies
  • Provide security consulting on medium projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information, security policy, and standards
  • Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for moderately complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security
  • Review and correlate security logs
  • Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity
  • Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Active Directory Infrastructure Support including day-to-day operations
  • 4+ years of Active Directory Design
  • 4+ years of Windows based security model
  • Ability to support and understand Active Directory integration within a DMZ and connecting between firewalls
  • Strong understanding of automation and languages including Visual Basic, PowerShell, WMI, and SQL
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SCOM, Server Performance Analyzer, SCCM, FIM, MBSA, DDNS, Splunk, Virtual Directories, and Quest Change Auditor, Quest Recovery Manager, Quest GPOADmin.
  • Deep technical knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure including the O365 Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, etc.
  • Extensive experience implementing Identity and Access Management controls for Azure for financial institutions.
  • Good working knowledge of core Azure technologies including ADFS, Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC models and Access Policies for major Azure Services.
  • Working knowledge of supporting Azure technologies like Azure Policy & Blueprints, Graph API, Azure Resource Management, Azure AD Health, Azure Security Center, etc.
  • Experience with Powershell, .Net and Python.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

support, and security.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
