About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Equipment Finance Account Coordinator supporting the Client Management Enablement as part of the Commercial Bank. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for coordinating, documenting and initiating the funding process for a variety of commercial lease and loan documentation products for equipment financing in a fast paced environment
  • Support in responding to inquiries from established sources and premier customers regarding complex situations on equipment finance accounts and loan or lease transactions
  • Act as an Equipment Finance Account Management team lead and assist with escalated customer situations
  • Perform complex transactional, operational and customer support tasks related to Equipment Finance Account Management functional area
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area
  • Interact with immediate team and Equipment Finance Account Management functional area on information related to client inquiries
  • Serve as primary liaison between Credit, Sales, Equipment Management, Legal, and Deal Closing

and Deal Closing regarding proper procedures and documentation requirements necessary to have successful completion of documentation and loan and lease processing
  • Handle customer inquiries from inception to resolution
  • Perform 2nd Reviews and QC when applicable
  • Required Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of Equipment Finance Account Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Working knowledge of collateral documentation, collateral perfection process and structure of business entities.
    • Equipment Leasing experience.
    • Experience in commercial document preparation and review.
    • Knowledge and understanding of commercial lease, loan documentation, structures, and legal issues relative to secured financing.
    • Leadership skills- Experience in providing training and guidance to team members
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Siebel and Outlook
    • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    Job Expectations:

    • Minneapolis - Minnesota Pay Range: $20.29 - $30.48 USD hourly (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

    • Chandler - Arizona Pay Range: $20.29 - $30.48 USD hourly (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
