The Digital, Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking group is looking for a dynamic product manager to join the Digital Onboarding and Servicing team. As the product management group responsible for the digital experiences to support onboarding and servicing journeys for all Commercial and Corporate and Investment Banking clients, we have the ability to make immediate and long-lasting impacts to support our clients and their journey through their lifecycle with Wells Fargo.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders on product capabilities and priorities.
  • Assist with change management activities and documentation required before and after software releases.
  • Bring the product to market by ensuring the firm is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • A BS/BA degree or higher.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other businesses and functional areas.
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging technology teams and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline and agile software delivery.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
