About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
  • Be responsible for leading an agile team in maintaining an API platform, ensuring 100% compliance with enterprise standards and timelines.
  • Lead agile team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to analyze, interpret, and document requirements, business rules, business process flows and use cases using standardized templates for complex business problems and recommend comprehensive technology solutions.
  • Responsible for communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
  • Lead project / systems documentation and proactively monitor & manage project schedules and deliverables and facilitate approvals according to Product Delivery governance.
  • Partner with technology through design phase, and testing team via QA and UAT to ensure the end product meets the requirements.
  • Generate custom reports summarizing business data for review by key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog.
  • Coordinate and facilitate work across cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations and other key business partners); collaborate with architects to review business cases and architecture/design documents.
  • Perform Gap and Risk analysis, identify and communicate functional and technical risk associated with project development and delivery with stakeholders, team members and leadership.
  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
  • Independently resolve complex issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting multiple large-scale projects
  • Competence with modern requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including executives, customers, managers, and subject matter experts
Desired Qualifications:
  • We are looking for someone to focus on Delivery working with our Tech Teams and scrum masters.
  • Experience with digital product management
  • Delivery experience and documenting change
  • Good communication and partnering skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Corporate Banking domain
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to proactively examine gaps and find opportunities to address pain points for our development, product teams, and our external clients
  • Delivery Management:
Ensuring Agile compliance before and after releases. Ensuring adherence to policies at all levels ( i.e., Enterprise, SDI, CB/CIB Digital) Delivery coordination and execution. Assisting with change management activities and documentation required before and after software releases.
  • Digital User Success:
Collecting feedback on design from business stakeholders. Documenting features Developing training materials, creating documentation on User Guides, Release Notes, Release readiness, Legal Sign Off Managing pilots and migrations

Some of the key skills that the candidate needs to be assessed on are:

Good understanding of Agile framework and processes Experience in digital product management ( i.e., understands Product Management concepts) Delivery experience and documenting change. Good communication and partnering skills

Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days per week
  • Flexible work hours including overlap with pacific time zone
