In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives

Job Description:
  • Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders such as Branch and Campus Banking team, business leaders, coordination team, engineering team and other stakeholders.
  • Identify the client's needs and pass them to the team in a clear and comprehensive manner.
  • Discuss the goals and vision of the product with the stakeholder and actively gain knowledge on that matter.
  • Define user stories and create a product backlog.
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the product backlog to maximize the value of the product.
  • Responsibility and ownership of defining and even prioritizing user requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring the success of a project in Scrum.
