About this role:

This position in our In-House Agency ( wellocreative.com ) is a dynamic creative leader who combines a passion for visual storytelling with strategic insight to deliver exceptional work. You will lead projects from concept to execution, inspiring your team while working closely with copywriters, designers, and account directors. Your role is pivotal in ensuring creative output aligns with client goals and drives results. This position will sit at 600 South 4th Street in Minneapolis, MN and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Marketing Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Leading creative strategy development, leveraging consumer research, cultural trends, and an acute understanding of financial products and services
  • Developing innovative, breakthrough creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and business strategies
  • Demonstrating media expertise; the ability to connect with consumers across various touchpoints with an understanding of best practices in both digital and non-digital media
  • Representing our agency and its work with compelling creative presentations that project passion for connecting with the heads and hearts of consumers -- and making a business impact
  • Driving efficient, technically sound execution of creative in the development and production phases of the process
  • Contributing to a highly functioning team by collaborating and communicating with peers throughout the strategy, concept, presentation, and execution phases of projects
  • Ensure creative strategies and visual solutions have alignment with the Brand and technology standards
  • Maintain a high level of creativity and enthusiasm while working under tight deadlines
Finalists will be asked to provide a portfolio showcasing digital and direct marketing work samples.

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Art Director at an advertising agency or creative studio.
  • Experience developing strategy and creative concepts that shape customer experiences
  • Experience developing digital and direct marketing campaigns
  • Experience leveraging data to identify and deliver personalized customer offerings
  • Experience using a repository of reusable components, design principles and guidelines
  • Experience collaborating and influencing Account Directors, Art Directors, Writers and Designers
  • Experience presenting creative ideas and effectively influencing decision makers

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
