GTMhas consultative sales, product delivery and digital channel capability wrapped around the go-to-market models of relationship banking partners. GTM is a core product for all relationships of CB and CIB and creates a daily touchpoint with the operating activities of our customers. Also serves some Consumer, Small & Business Banking and Wealth & Investment Management customers and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending.

- Participate in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating current and emerging risk exposures within Control Management functional area
- Provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, business processes, and business controls
- Monitor moderately complex business specific programs and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area
- Provide guidance to business groups on the development, implementation, and monitoring of business specific programs to identify, assess, and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations
- 4+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- B Com, BBM, MBA, M Com with Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or Economics as preferred major subject.
- Understanding of GTM products and services like ACH, Wires, Cashvault etc
- Knowledge and understanding of operational risk management in the financial services industry
- Ability to evaluate changes to laws, processes, etc. to assess impacts and to develop implementation plan to close gaps
- Comprehensive understanding of operational risk management and or operations process management
- Understanding of International regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact and lead discussions comfortably with senior levels of management and regulators
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services: regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures
- Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
- Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Ability to prepare management level presentations
- Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
