In this role, you will:
- Establish, implement and maintain risk standards and programs to drive compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory and Corporate Policy requirements.
- Oversee the Front Line's execution and challenges appropriately on compliance related decisions.
- Provide oversight and monitoring of risk-based compliance programs • Develop and oversee standards Provide subject matter expertise with comprehensive knowledge of business and functional area.
- Provide compliance risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with moderate risk for a business line or functional area.
- Monitor reporting, escalation, and timely remediation of issues, deficiencies or regulatory matters regarding compliance risk management.
- Provide direction to the business on developing corrective action plans and effectively managing regulatory change.

- Work with complex business units, rules and regulations on moderate risk compliance matters.
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- 4+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Be a Senior Compliance Specialist - Reporting & Analytics in CIB Compliance and will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing and publish Tableau / Power-Bi dashboards as per the requirements.
- Data Quality Management: Monitor and assess the quality of data used in the reporting, identify data anomalies, discrepancies, and inconsistencies. Develop and maintain data quality rules, validation checks, and data cleansing procedures.
- Data Governance: Assist in the implementation and adherence to data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal data governance framework. Implement metadata strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective metadata governance in the department.
- Data profiling and Analysis: Conduct data profiling and in-depth analysis to assess the overall quality of data and identify trends, patterns, and potential data issues & also to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Data Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality processes, rules, and issue resolutions. Create and update data dictionaries and data lineage documentation for risk reporting data.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of data quality processes and controls within risk reporting systems and data pipelines.
- Reporting: Create and publish timely reports using Tableau / Power-BI, ensure the dashboards are as per the requirements and fit for consumption
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance data quality processes, data management practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business users, data owners, and IT teams to communicate data quality findings, escalate issues, and provide recommendations for data improvement.
- Support process training of new and existing team members.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve business goals.
- Partner with managers to coordinate data/ insights for team reporting.
- 4+ years of data operations and reporting roles, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong knowledge of reporting, data management and industry standards.
- Proficiency in data tools and technologies (e.g., Collibra, Informatica metadata manager, IBM InfoSphere, Tableau, Power-BI).
- Experience in data modeling concepts, data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Experience using multiple toolsets (SQL, SAS, R, MicroStrategy or similar).
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Ability to take on an elevated level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
- Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
