About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Communication Consultant - MultiMedia Production

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and participate in the development of the aesthetics, design, layout, logos, media, product artwork and marketing materials to enhance product or company brand images
  • Lead or participate in multiple media production programs, initiatives, and activities with moderate resource requirements, risk, or complexity
  • Produce content in digital, video, audio, and other media forms employing highly specialized domain, artistic knowledge and advanced business expertise
  • Evaluate business and industry trends and suggests improvements to content production processes and technologies; and collaborate and advise Communications partners and key stakeholders to improve design and media production strategy
  • Contribute to production of graphic designs and videos from conception to delivery
  • Create and set direction for moderately complex large-scale projects or project teams by providing initial creative design and initiation of new concepts
  • Provide recommendations for project execution, offer alternatives and creative solutions
  • Meet deliverables for the communications team while leveraging solid understanding of brand usage and standards
  • Collaborate and consult with vendors and external sources in setting service level agreements and project timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of multi-media production including but not limited to Graphic Design, Motion graphics, and video production or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree preferably in mass communications
  • Candidate must be proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, Aftereffects, Animate) and knowledgeable using Dreamweaver and HTML/CSS is a nice to have
Job Expectations:
  • Candidate must be willing to travel to other locations /cities for projects as deemed necessary by the business
  • While primarily an India day-shift requirement, candidates must be willing to work in other shifts including night shifts, or weekends/holidays if deemed necessary by the business
