Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and dynamic Sr. Communications Consultant in Branch Communications as a part of the National Branch Growth & Enablement group within Consumer, Small & Business Banking to support senior leadership in delivering impactful, engaging, and data-driven messaging. This team is responsible for communications to the ~4,200 Wells Fargo branches and enabling our branch employees to deliver consistent and exceptional customer experience. This role requires a keen focus on executive storytelling, speechwriting, presentation design, and multi-channel communication strategies.

- Lead or execute communication based initiatives and activities
- Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo's reputation
- Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
- Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging
- 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Advanced storytelling skills leveraging narratives that use conversational language and style, along with brand imagery to create vivid mental pictures and explore complex ideas and themes.
- Exposure in a branch environment or supporting branch employees
- Understanding of the banker and teller roles, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Microsoft Suite expertise, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with video development and editing.
- Dreamweaver or experience with HTML code, as well as generative AI tools (such as Copilot).
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in grammar and a sharp focus on eliminating errors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Experience with critical issue management and communication support.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Project support experience.
- Survey development and execution.
- A collaborative mindset, with a proven track record of working effectively across teams and functions.
- Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentations skills
- Rotational on-call support for critical alerts during business hours, and overnights and weekends (approximately 1-2 days per week, 24 hour shifts).
- Ability to support Pacific Time coverage from 8:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.

Pay Range:
Minnesota: $65,800- $143,000 annually
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job
