Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Manager-ISO/Swift to join the Global Payments & Liquidity group within SDI. This individual will manage a team of subject matter experts, analysts and product team members who will collect & own requirements with cross-functional partners. This team will prepare for future state dependencies and capabilities related to ISO 20022 / Swift messaging. This individual will manage, lead, and align onshore & offshore teams with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits. In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver on commitments
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage / build relationship with senior leaders and influence outcomes
- 5+ years leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback, and direction
- Managed and built relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic initiatives
- Experience in supporting cross-organizational strategic initiatives, transformation initiatives, and/or change management initiatives at a large bank with the ability to drive change in a consistent and well aligned manner
- Ability to lead and operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented
- ISO 20022 Transformation and Global Payments Innovation (gpi)
- Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

- Salary range for San Francisco & New York: $138,500 - 287,600 USD

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
