About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Banking Leadership Institute (BBLI) Developer (Senior Business Execution Consultant) within National Branch Growth & Enablement as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) to support the development of critical readiness programs and events, such as leadership conferences and BBLI programs (New-to-role, Communities of Practice, Academy, District Manager led Branch Manager meetings).

In this role, you will:
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine readiness needs
- Create design plans for DM programs and skill development
- Develop content for DM programs and skill development, including videos, labs, workshops and more
- May attend onsite execution of in-person events
- Collaborate with partners and lines of business, prior, during, and after initiative implementation.
- Determine appropriate legal, risk, and compliance reviewers based upon content, which could include multiple lines of business and CAR (i.e. Deposits, Credit Card, and Branch Banking).
- Ensure all required documents are sent to required approvers, feedback is gained, and documentation is stored using appropriate system, including Strongbox.
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrated experience creating design plans and developing content which may include but not limited to videos, workshops and programs
- Previous experience creating content for end users
- Knowledge and understanding of Branch banking
- Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communications with the proven ability to write concisely and clearly.
- 2+ years of SharePoint administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to travel frequently - upwards of 25%.

Salary Range:
- New York, New York: $100,800 - $179,200 annual base salary
- Minneapolis, Minnesota- $75,600-$164,400 annual base salary

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
