In This Role, You Will- Support the training delivery for the Payment Operations and other impacted teams to prepare the organization for sustainable adoption of changes.
- Lead the training content development, documentation and activities related to change management.
- Simplify training materials, inclusive of user guides, job aids, etc. to make them digestible for all knowledge levels, including individuals with no prior experience.
- Develop training plans that outline the learning objective, modules/topics, facilitate content validation and approvals in partnership with Subject Matter experts .
- Work with managers to identify impacted teams/employees that require training and maintain a list of stakeholders to engage to ensure impacted employees are trained.
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
- Work independently to make recommendations and implement training tools and methods needed to support the success delivery of training content.
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of training-related activities monitor the success of the training program, including in-session knowledge checks and post-session surveys.

- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 4+ years Training Content Development / Technical Documentation / Technical Writer experience
- 4+ years of training experience
- 4+ year delivering training in a small and large group sessions (in-person & virtually)
- 2+ years with training tools (e.g., Adobe creative suite including - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier, Adobe Acrobat)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Develop training strategies and plans to conduct knowledge transfer of upcoming release changes as well as onboarding training support for new hires.
- Develop and deliver training content to small and large groups both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate technology changes, processes, procedures, and organizational errors to determine learning objectives and create a training curriculum to accomplish the objectives.
- Partner with managers/leaders to identify operational training leaders to participate in "train-the-trainer" events.
