About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within HR Total Rewards Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence. This role will support the Incentive Compensation Initiatives team.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes
  • Recommend risk mitigation solutions and governance processes, where applicable
  • Execute controls in accordance with policies and procedures to support risk management and maintain compliance
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Collaborate effectively to identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate opportunities
  • Develop and maintain supporting procedures

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve
  • Attention to details with a focus on executing effectively.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with ownership and execution of Controls and Procedural documentation
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to adapt to changing business needs. Hands on style; proven ability to structure tasks or projects, execute and achieve targeted results and develop and manage associated goals and plans
  • Experience navigating large, sensitive data sets
  • Human Resources/Incentive Compensation experience a plus
  • Experience with Jira and Varicent preferred, but not required.
