Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultation - Procedure Management.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with business partners providing subject matter expertise and support ongoing business needs related to Risk, Controls and metrics development- KPI / KRI
  • Liaise with Functional Ops teams and key Stakeholders for control design and enhancement needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of stakeholders across levels spanning Business, Operations, Technology and Product
  • Develop procedure documents, publish, certify for all required processes as per the established processes
  • Monitor key indicators specifically control effectiveness and recommend control enhancements while ensuring effective integration of control enhancements into processes
  • Support the implementation of key business projects, initiatives, and strategies
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and execute them effectively across diverse teams.
  • Ensure that all business execution activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and increased efficiency
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution
  • Strong business management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results on time
  • Collaborate with stake holders to build the required MIS reporting capability
  • Consult and provide guidance on the development, implementation, and monitoring of significant matters regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, business performance improvement opportunities, and helping to manage the risks for the applicable business functions
  • Periodically provide the key updates to the Management
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical skills and strong operational risk management experience with the ability to define and evolve operational controls based on analysis
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Individual with operational risk management background including project management experience
  • Focused on achieving measurable results, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in one or a combination of the following: business operations, implementation, Operation risk management, project delivery and strategic planning
  • Intermediate / Advanced skills in MS-Office Suite (Specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, JIRA and familiarity with business process modeling tools.
  • Financial Services industry experience would be desired
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of data protection laws and financial regulations
Job Expectations:
  • Must be amenable to work in a hybrid set-up (4 days a week from office)
