The Movement of People role will coordinate with CSBB and Enterprise business leaders and several subject matter experts to facilitate large employee organizational moves.

In this role, you will:
- Plan and coordinate Movement of People events, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines.
- Identify potential risks related to employee moves and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, department heads, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with HR, facilities management, and IT to ensure a smooth transition for movement.
- Oversee employee governance and obtain appropriate approvals.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for senior management on project status, risks, and resolutions.
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience leading complex change initiatives
- Experience with Consumer Small Business Banking
- Experience with risk assessment methodology and Risk Control Self Assessment
- Ability to research, compile, and present critical operational data in executive summaries
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
