About this role:
This position will be part of the Operational Excellence team in Global Operations, specifically the Digital Transformation - Lightweight Workflow (LWWF) unit. You will join a team of highly specialized Business Execution Consultants that are cross-trained in process improvement and no-code workflow automation delivery. Our global team drives process, efficiency, and control improvements through simplification and rapid, end-to-end business process automation.
As a Senior Business Execution Consultant on our team, you should be comfortable leading process automation efforts from conception to resolution in high-paced, cross-matrix environments, with significant ambiguity. A successful candidate must be able to synthesize and simplify complex processes and analytical findings, develop recommendations for improvements, translate recommendations into workflow designs, and facilitate senior leaders and stakeholders through the delivery and change management life cycle.

In this role, you will:
Drive Process Improvement & Workflow Automation
- Lead complex process improvement and workflow automation initiatives within a fast-paced environment across the Enterprise.
- Facilitate the design and build of workflow solutions in a no-code / low-code environment.
- Oversee the solution deployment process and assists with change management and implementation of process improvements and workflow solutions.
- Perform financial analysis to determine ROI of process improvements and workflow automation.
- Solve complex problems using A3 problem solving and other root cause analysis tools.
- Consult with technology partners and business leaders to determine the most effective solution to problems.
- Leverage business acumen and soft skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships in a matrixed organization.
- Provide assistance in the development and advancement of our common enterprise Operational and Process Excellence framework, methods, techniques, tools, training, and language. Including the development of new process improvement techniques and services
- Assist the development of our enterprise Operational and Process Excellence Curriculum and Training Materials
- Provide thought leadership in the area of process and continuous improvement, operational excellence, continuous improvement
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm or financial institution
- 2+ years of formal process improvement / operational excellence experience
- 2+ years of Business Process Management Process Improvement experience
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
