Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • The Digital Product Issue Research and Triage DPIRT team is a team of Digital Product Managers who are responsible for product issue support for new and existing digital consumer and investment products and capabilities. We focus on assessing issue priority (Triage) and owning issue investigation (Research) until a root cause is identified. We act as the subject matter expert liaison between the product management team and the technology organization to triage, research, escalate, and identify path to resolution.

    The team supports consumer digital business by dividing its work into two streams:

    a) Digital Identity and Authentication

    b) Consumer Banking Products ( including Payments and Onboarding )
  • digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
  • Knowledge and understanding of Service Oriented, Web Services, API and Micro Services architecture
  • Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using SQL or similar querying methods
  • Splunk experience
  • Google cloud logging
  • Knowledge and understanding of online authentication, Identity Management, fraud/security, Payments, Transfer
  • Agile experience
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
Job Expectations:
  • Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to:

    Support the implementation of -
  • Mobile App projects involving features such as enrollment, onboarding, navigation, financial planning tools, offers
  • Authentication projects involving Biometrics (Touch ID, Android Fingerprint, Voice Verification), Passive Auth/Mobile Intel, and One Time Passcodes; Threat management projects that keep highly suspicious actors from starting an interaction; Identity management projects that ensure the source of identity has integrity.
  • Money movement projects involving products such as Zelle,Wires, Billpay in the digital space
  • Capabilities such as Alerts, Fargo, SMS, Text banking.
  • Address Consumer Digital Experience customer feedback and respond to partner research requests for same.
  • Manage and mitigate complex production issues by partnering with vendor, technology, and production support groups of Wells Fargo. We act as the liaison between product management, technology, and control teams to triage, assess risk, communicate, and escalate.
  • Partner with Consumer Digital product owners and technology partners to identify root cause and ensure ownership of fix and potential customer remediation.
  • Identify and write business requirements for operational reports to identity anomalies Compiles, analyzes, and interprets platform trend data to make strategic and tactical recommendations to managers.
  • Manage performance metrics and generate trending graphs for senior management
  • Analyze the relevant application/data flows within online banking platforms
  • Write SQL queries to analyze and validate data in production environments in the following instances:
  • Analyze data discrepancies identified by partners
  • Research data integrity and discrepancies during production issues
  • Support transactional data extract requests for partners such as Legal and compliance
