In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of CSBB businesses
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Partner with senior management and business partners, potentially enterprise wide, on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for the applicable business functions to ensure long term sustainable approaches are developed and implemented.
  • Support the Line of Business in partnering with front line including Control and second line in preparation and facilitation of internal reviews and audits to include process walkthroughs, gathering artifacts, preparing presentation materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Develop, implement, and monitor risk-based programs to identify, assess and mitigate any operational risk that arises from inadequate or ineffective controls
  • Design and developing testing strategies, methodologies, and analyses for risks and controls
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies and internal controls
  • Consult with businesses to develop corrective action plans and effectively managing change

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in Financial Services or Banking industry experience
  • Experience supporting/partnering with CSBB Payments Group line of business
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking: regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures (Reg E, UDAAP, Reg B, CIP/CDD, BSA/AML, etc.)
  • Experience working with Veritas, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence
  • Experience with compliance of corporate policies to include Self-Assurance Activities and Customer Remediation
  • Experience partnering with Independent Risk Management and Internal Audit teams
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objective
  • Advanced knowledge of internal control policy and issue management policy
