About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant reporting to the Business Execution Manager as part of the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Business Manager organization.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with global front-line and back-office teams and other partners across Supply Chain Finance (SCF), e.g., Inventory Finance, Channel Finance, Global Receivables & Trade Finance (GRT), and the enterprise to support internal and external business communications, identify process improvement opportunities, execute on initiatives, lead servicing communications, and lead and/or support other business priorities
- Partner with business leaders to prepare, manage, and maintain business communications and templates utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of tools and other communications platforms. This includes PowerPoint presentations, job procedures, disclaimers, letter templates, language translations, SharePoint Online internal resource portals, and internal/external communications
- Partner with cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of customer experience and business support programs, services, and initiatives
- Prepare and present key business metrics aligned to measuring and continuously improving our customer experience across senior leaders, mid-level managers and front-line teams
- Lead and/or provide support or expertise on cross-functional initiatives and business priorities
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, control development, help develop appropriate solutions and implement/drive execution with front-line teams
- Prepare metrics, analyze trends, and identify actions to improve our servicing experience for dealer and manufacturer/OEM customers globally. Present information, trends and actions taken to stakeholders, leaders across functions and levels and OEM customers. Data includes voice of customer survey feedback, complaint data and cross-functional key performance indicators to deliver expected service-levels and SLAs
- Work closely with Global Business Support team to adapt and implement best practices regionally
- Drive incremental improvement in global customer experience program including identifying trends, leading smaller initiatives, engaging managers where coaching is needed and recognizing employees for positive feedback
- Lead and execute complex customer segmentation and execution for mass communications for credit, legal and servicing communications
- Support of global business issues for Inventory Finance, Channel Finance, and GRT. The Business Issue Resolution Team focuses on how we make things right for the customers for impact (adverse customer outcomes) they experience as a result of the Company's actions or practices or those of third parties acting on Wells Fargo's behalf. This role will provide guidance with a formal process and clear guidance for evaluating potential issues, root cause identification, control development and payment calculation methodology and approvals related to Operational Risk Incidents, complaints, or other request for compensation consistently for the global businesses we support
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Management team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required to support the business

- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrate expert level skills using Microsoft Suite of software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, as well as expert level skills utilizing Acrobat Reader
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively to leadership & colleagues across functions.
- Comfortable Operating in a rapidly changing environment
- A global mindset with passion to deliver the best customer and team member experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail & accuracy
- Self-starter: Ability to work independently or as a team in solving business issues and helping to identify and drive performance metrics
- Strong project management skills and ability to skillfully manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively across functions and levels of the organization.
- Tableau creation and maintenance experience a plus
- Degree level qualification in marketing, communication, strategy, finance and / or a core business discipline
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with a high attention to detail
- Takes initiative, has high accountability, and independently tracks/meets deadlines

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
