About this role:

As a Senior Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to solve complex business problems to ultimately improve risk mitigation, efficiency and/or customer experience. As part of the Operations Analytics team for Auto, you will be working within a collaborative setting that values your perspective, motivates you to shoulder additional responsibilities, fosters ongoing learning, and rewards innovative contributions.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify business problems and opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions using data and analytics
  • Build targeted insights to design new policies and processes to deliver results tied to Wells Fargo Auto's business imperatives
  • Improve credit performance by analyzing historical data and future consumer credit trends, and designing and executing tests using rigorous monitoring and analysis
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through data-driven insights, strong written and oral communications, and sound business knowledge
  • Work independently to make recommendations and implement them demonstrating strong results-focus on both short- and long-term goals
  • Collaborate on implementation efforts for a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, optimizing efficiency, and improving customer experience

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Analytics
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting
  • 2+ years of experience in SAS, SQL, Python or equivalent
