About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Global Payments and Liquidity Service Tools team within GPL Service & Implementation - Business Tools and Execution in Enterprise Functions. The GPL Service Tools Team collaborates with functional partners to provide support and drive strategic initiatives. We provide end-to-end Agile project support to identify, analyze, prioritize, document, test & install technology solutions. We provide risk management, control/compliance, application governance, and security plan support for numerous applications within Global Treasury Management.

In this role, you will:
  • Drive story development efforts across multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Showcase your problem-solving skills by actively seeking solutions to complex challenges, proactively communicating progress, and effective managing your workload with independence
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years experience with GPL treasury products and services with a focus on customer service and relationship management
Desired Qualifications:
  • Solid experience with Agile methodology, including writing effective user stories, acceptance criteria, and validation test cases
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM application (such as ServiceView)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in making independent decisions
  • Ability to articulate and document complex concepts in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, demonstrate urgency on assigned tasks, and handle multiple projects concurrently
Job Expectations:
  • Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance on a hybrid schedule
  • Preferred locations are listed in the posted and no other locations are being considered at this time
  • This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process
  • Occasional after hours and weekend support during production installs and validation events is to be expected
Pay Range:

For California: $92,400-164,400

Other locations: $84,400-149,400
  • May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
