About this Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultation responsible for solving business problems of varied nature and deliver change across Wholesale/Commercial Banking Operations.
In this role you will:
- Act as an internal consultant to Wholesale / Commercial Business Operations, supporting overall organizational efficiency via a range of levers, and work as a liaison between Business, Operations, Technology and Product
- Engage with business partners to streamline inefficient business/operational processes with the goal of driving measurable improvements.
- Work under stringent timelines, maintain strong engagement with multiple functions in a matrix environment and support change delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and gather requirements from LoB SMEs, Senior leadership to deliver business outcomes.

- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Process Engineering and Streamlining / Change Management / Project Management / Agile Methodologies, with a good understanding of Business Operations in Financial Services or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience - training, military experience, education
- Experience of working in AGILE methodology and SCRUM process (sprint planning, product backlog refinement, retrospectives etc.), with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, along with familiarity of tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience of working in a global set-up in financial services / consulting
- Intermediate / Advanced skills in MS-Office Suite (Specifically Excel / PowerPoint), and Workflow management tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of stakeholders across levels spanning Business, Operations, Technology and Product
- PSPO, CBAP, Design Thinking and Lean certification
- Individual with an Engineering background plus MBA from a Tier 1 institution is desired
- Must be amenable to work in a hybrid set-up (4 days a week from office)
