About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for the Fraud & Claims Management Contact Strategy and Management Team as part of Consumer Operations. You will care for the customer experience, use project management skills, and participate in stakeholder meetings in support of customer communications. The team supports automated and digital customer communications for Fraud and Claims Management processes including HTML emails, web pages, and ADA tagging. In this role, you will:
- Attend, participate, and contribute to all Agile ceremonies and project initiative calls as applicable
- Create and modify HTML email templates, PDF documents, and customer letter content using Wells Fargo Branding and Writing guides
- Schedule and participate in ongoing work effort meetings with stakeholders
- Document requirements, benefits, and costs associated with a work effort during intake prioritization
- Support Digital Properties Policy, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act regulatory requirements and documentation
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of fraud & claims operations experience
- 2+ years of experience leading multiple small to medium size projects or initiatives, from initiation through implementation
- Experience with Agile practices and tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Knowledge and understanding of audit or regulatory compliance
- Experience with customer communications including content review and modification
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Experience in media including digital content review and modification
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Experience monitoring project and process gaps and recommending controls
- Experience communicating progress of projects to business leaders and stakeholders
- Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows or business processes
- Knowledge & understanding of Wells Fargo branding and writing standards
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
