About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end activities for Intake team.
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned Change projects.
- Research moderately complex business, operational, knowledge of Change control center and Business Execution, and understanding of Change management methodology.
- Work independently to ensure closure on all change related activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.

- 3+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+years, Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, in Home Lending procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of change control process and adherence requirements.
- Perform timely closure of change related activities on change records submitted to HL Change Control Center for validation of required data points and identify errors or missing requirements.
- Review procedure source documents for each individual change and ensure procedures are complete, accurate, and clear based on the change.
- Communicate clearly through written communication the actions needed from change owners to resolve points that do not meet the policy requirements.
- Work closely with other change control user roles (operational risk consultant, change owners) on procedure accuracy.
- Collaborate with Change owners to carry out business change.
