About the Role
The incumbent will a part of the CSBB Access Management & Governance team which is expected to establish a consistent approach for access provisioning and governance, including regular certification & reporting for CSBB owned applications. This is a new function being established as part of CSBB CAO. In this role the incumbent will perform a combination or all the following
- Access Control and Governance
- Perform and enable the review, onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring access entitlements are correctly provisioned and deprovisioned as needed.
- Assist with implementation Access Management & Governance Policies and Practices across a diverse set of user population.
- Support continuous and ongoing review of access management practices prevalent across similar groups in order to identify best practices and improvise CSBB framework.
- Develop and document appropriate procedures for CSBB Access Governance routines compliant with Identity & Access management policy of the firm.
- Assist with periodic access reviews, recertifications & audits.
- Assist with day-to-day execution of access management projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Stay updated with Industry standards, security best practices, and regulatory changes to mitigate potential risks.

- 3+ Years of work experience in Banking / Financial industry
- Good understanding of KYC/AML
- Proven track record of consistent delivery
- Support in reviewing documents and validating the customer information against the system of records, if any issues
- Identified, the same should be recorded in the system.
- Eye to details and logical thinking is required will processing the cases.
- Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship.
- Identify ways to improve individual processes within established procedures.
- Perform routine administrative and operational tasks related to the process.
- Interact with immediate supervisor for any sort of clarifications related to the process/administrative activities.
- Perform second level review of tasks and processes in adherence to SOP
- Escalate any problems resolving exceptions, issues or delays in a timely manner to Supervisor and stateside partners, as applicable
- Actively lead projects through to implementation including the delegation and direction of work among other project team members
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Access is preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to read and interpret legal documents
- Ability to succeed in a team environment and strong focus on attention to detail
- Ability to support peer group - being an SME of the process
- Ability to create and maintain complex reports
- Requirement to cross train / trained which ever feasible or applicable
- Training, auditing, MIS reporting, generate process Improvement/IDEA/Best Practice for self and team
