In this role, you will:
- Lead support function for multiple issues and corrective actions through the Issue Management Lifecycle.
- Provide oversight and manage issues pipeline and corrective action execution to resolve control gaps and breakdowns.
- Serve as an issue contact and expert to the line of business through the issue management lifecycle by providing interpretation and expectations for adherence to the Enterprise Issue Management Policy.
- Collaborate and consult with key stakeholders to identify and execute deliverables within established timelines.
- Monitor the progression of deliverable executions through facilitated touch bases with the line of business, escalating identified roadblocks, and reporting frequent status updates.
- Obtain and assess deliverable artifacts to ensure appropriate evidence is obtained to drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Lead key stakeholders in document preparation and facilitation of internal reviews and walkthroughs and audits, gathering artifacts, and preparing presentation materials.
- Create and prepare issue required documentations in partnership with the front line and controls with artifacts and applicable approvals to evidence issue resolution.
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the business related to mitigation of current and emerging business risk issues and concerns
- Experience interacting with Controls, Independent Risk Management, and Audit.

- 4+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Home Lending experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of issue management policy and expertise with Issues and Corrective Actions.
- Experience working with Veritas and Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to influence partners, identify tasks, reach conclusions, record actions, and achieve results.
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to ensure clear accountability and timely decision-making and execution to meet business objectives
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
