About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a motivated Senior Analytics Consultant to join our team in order to support CSBBO Contact Centers. The position entails supporting a substantial user population (over 10k) and serving as a point of contact for Bankers, Managers, and Analysts in order to address reporting issues. Candidates should be experienced in researching data issues, be curious, and have a high aptitude for learning. This position will offer the candidate an opportunity to use their excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills in order to help Contact Centers succeed. In this role, you will:

  • Actively monitoring reporting environment for data anomalies
  • Researching complex data issues contained in MS SQL databases
  • Work as part of team in order to translate data mapping requirements into MS SQL logic/code
  • Use existing data sources in order to perform data integrity checks vis Excel and other Analytics tools (Power BI)
  • Work with other teams to Identify and incorporate new data sources
  • Request user access via various systems such as AIMS/SAMP/ART
  • Assist with Quality Assurance testing in order to support new reporting capabilities.
  • Perform user access audits weekly/monthly/quarterly
  • Educate user community on how to interpret data and use various tools supported by the Data Enablement & Analytics (DEA) team
  • Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Perform complex data analysis
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute complex data mapping projects
  • Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Analytics experience with at least a Bachelors degree in either Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration
  • Intermediate skill level (6+ years of experience) writing and modifying moderate to complex MS SQL statements.
  • Hands-on skill in SSIS, SQL server, Oracle SQL
  • Proven capabilities to work across multiple time zone team and under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • JIRA will be a must skill to have.

  • Exceptional problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Proven ability to research complex data issues using MS SQL
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of contact center environments and associated technologies
  • Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage small to medium size projects or initiatives, from initiation through implementation
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
  • Willingness and aptitude for learning with a strong drive for continuous improvement
