Wells Fargo is seeking a RSNIP Program Office Lead Business Accountability Specialist - Lead Business Accountability Specialist.
Leads RSNIP program oversight of specific risk areas for multiple business groups. Functions supported include: policy/procedure administration and adherence for controls and assurance activities, systems/change initiatives, reporting and analysis.
Retail Sale of non-deposit investment and insurance products (RSNIP) are offered and sold to customers of Wells Fargo Bank, NA. These securities and insurance activities may occur at any location where Bank activities are conducted, including virtual channels and call centers, through employees in various Bank and Brokerage channels. Activity and distribution of RSNIP is governed by corporate and regulatory oversight, including but not limited to, the Wells Fargo Board of Directors, the Office of Thrift Supervision, Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Collectively these external agencies will be referred to as the Federal Banking Regulators.

The "Retail Non Deposit Investment Products" handbook published by the OCC has 12 categories of risk management. This position will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the oversight program for assigned risk categories.

In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact which are designed to mitigate current and emerging business risk issues and concerns; act as key participant in large-scale, cross-functional planning for the business
- Assess, analyze, and design complex and multi-faceted controls, protocols, and approaches with respect to risk mitigation and the control environment, including ensuring effective planning for sustainability, ongoing control adherence, reporting, measurement, technology impacts, and monitoring
- Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business's functional area or products, operations, and regulatory environment; facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans; influence and lead key business partners to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid to senior-level managers to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance in interpreting, developing, and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
- Act as liaison for the business with external parties to support timeliness, appropriate response strategy, and effectiveness of communications and materials
- May lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
- 5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in either compliance, risk management or business controls
- Experience consulting on policies and procedures
- Experience managing several projects or initiatives
- Ability to understand procedure changes and how that impacts controls
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
