Wells Fargo is seeking an RFP Specialist (BEC) in The Institutional Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) Team within Wealth & Investment Management. The OCIO Team is one of the fastest growing offerings within WIM. The Team provides investment management solutions for Institutional clients including Foundations, Endowments, Charitable Trusts, and other philanthropic organizations. This national investment team partners with philanthropic specialists and relationship managers across Wells Fargo Private Bank and Wells Fargo Advisors to help our client organizations grow their impact in the communities they serve. The RFP Specialist (BEC) will play a key role in the production, management and delivery of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) related to new business. The role would support our existing RFP specialist, Head of Business Development and Head of OCIO. This role is responsible for crafting compelling, accurate, and strategic responses to RFPs in support of our OCIO growth efforts. The ideal candidate has excellent writing and project management skills, an understanding of investment management and institutional investment practices, and a team-oriented attitude.

In this role, you will:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality, customized responses to RFPs for prospective OCIO clients, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment philosophy, strategies, and services
- Maintain and update a comprehensive library of RFP responses, standard templates, and investment-related data
- Collaborate and work closely with subject matter experts, including portfolio managers, philanthropic specialists, operations, compliance, and marketing teams, to gather relevant information and tailor responses to the prospects' organizational needs
- Edit, proofread, and review RFP responses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism, adhering to brand standards
- Manage the flow of deliverables through the OCIO- specific compliance module
- Manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery of responses
- Establish timelines, coordinate contributions from stakeholders, and track progress throughout the process
- Stay informed about OCIO industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance the quality and competitiveness of proposals
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- At least three years of experience in investment management, RFP writing, or a related role, preferably within the OCIO space
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Familiarity with proposal management software (Qvidian) is highly desirable but not required
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and tone appropriate for institutional audiences
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with a commitment to producing error-free and polished work
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across departments and with senior leadership
- Travel for the role will be limited (less than 5% of the time)
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule consistent with current WIM guidelines of three-day in office minimum

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
