About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Associate for Talent Acquisition function.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in recruiting and selecting, contact center, operational, or early career individuals from internal and external sources
  • Assist hiring managers in defining and validating key position requirements, sourcing strategies, and reviewing affirmative action goals
  • Review candidate's information to determine if job qualifications are met
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities
  • Consult with management to recommend candidates, starting salaries
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company
  • Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
  • Receive direction from Recruiting supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of Recruiting functional area, policies, procedures, Human Resources or compliance requirements
  • Provide information to the management to recommend candidates to move forward in the selection process within Recruiting and Human Resources policy

  • 6+ months of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Graduation with 4+ years of work experience into end-to-end recruitment.
  • Current or Previous experience in a GCC firm, preferably in Banking domain.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills to build strategic partnership with senior and external partners.
  • Champion a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encourage partnership and knowledge sharing.
  • Strategic and critical capability to navigate business environment.
  • Data driven capability ability to use appropriate metrics that influence and drive decisions.
  • Good organization skills and execution excellency
  • High Energy, passion, and enthusiasm to be part of growing site
Job Expectations:
  • Incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various lines of business.
  • Professional with extensive experience in Talent acquisition to strategize and deliver recruiting solutions to attract, retain, engage top and diverse talents to meet the Organization growth.
  • As an integral member of the global people leadership team, we believe that you will provide the key leadership needed to build and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals of hiring, employer branding, innovative solutions for engaging with potential candidates.
  • You will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of recruiting and talent solutions by understanding the business direction and needs.
  • To accomplish this, you will be required to be collaborating with key customers, build and maintain sound relationship with senior business leaders and have the opportunity to influence and partner across people functions, cross-cultural teams and external partners.
