About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator.
In this role, you will:
- Review daily banking operations to identify, assess and mitigate operational risks.
- Monitor incident reports assess their impact and suggest appropriate actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Conduct through reviews of video footage to detect risk failures or breaches and provide timely reports.
- Maintain accurate records of observed incidents and communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance existing process and reduce potential risk.

- .2+ years of Quality Assurance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Prior experience in quality control risk management or operational auditing.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and operational risk framework
- Proficiency in using quality control and risk assessment tools.
- Bachelor's or master's degree from any recognized university preferably in business administration, finance, risk management or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in quality assurance quality control risk management or a related field.
- Strong attention to deal with a proactive approach to identifying risks.
- Experience in reviewing operation process and incident reports preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Ability to monitor and access video footage to identify potential risk of failures.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting incidents and providing recommendations.
- Enthusiasm for learning new process and quickly adapting to changes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
