About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator.
In this role, you will:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound or outbound customer calls
- Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
- Oversee a group of service monitors
- Provide information and assists in the feedback and formal education process of other staff
- Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs
- Act as a subject matter expertise
- Provide information and assist in the feedback and education to staff
- 2+ years of Quality Assurance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Eligible candidate must be a graduate or postgraduate in finance with good understanding of commercial lending business and basic loan documents.
- 2 plus years of work experience in commercial lending stream.
- reviewing inputs on the systems of record
- reviewing imaged documents
- verifying applicable data in other systems
The team member will establish a feedback and escalation loop with the US, as any error will be passed back to the team member for corrections to the data.
Inline QC work for the process, these will be on LIQ system
Responsibilities
The I&P Team member will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring and reviewing processes, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and government regulations. Functions may include evaluating processes to ensure the business standards are adhered to; providing guidance to team members regarding documentation, systems and processes to ensure company standards are met. Ensures corrective action on exceptions and problems identified and proper procedures were followed. Ensures identified risks are clearly documented and interacts with appropriate parties for timely resolution.
