About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, to lead our Auto Lending Team and drive success of our auto lending programs. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join us, a leading financial institution committed to providing exceptional and innovating financial solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop and implement auto lending programs, including setting goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost effective solutions.
  • Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Ensure all lending programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, dealers, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any issues.
  • Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the auto lending process. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise.

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Auto Industry experience
  • 5+ years of Program Management in Consumer Lending, to include development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of programs ranging from concepts in ideation through to delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements.
  • Experience creating and delivering compelling executive presentations with high impact visuals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ever-evolving regulatory environments and governance processes.
  • Ability to develop and manage business relationships.
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
