Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Delivery and Implementation Consultant (Senior Business Execution Consultant) to join the Money Movement and Account Opening and Maintenance Product Group within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). The primary goal this group is to deliver innovative money movement and account opening and maintenance solutions that best serve our clients, financial advisors, and operations members. The Product Delivery and Implementation Consultant will support development, delivery, and support of Money Movement and Account Opening and Maintenance technology solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on money movement and account opening and maintenance technology and processes
- Manage technology rollout and support plans
- Lead/support work to create and execute communications, training, and support plans
- Partner with Product Team, Application Business Owners, Risk, Communications, Training, Support, Field Leadership to ensure and report on overall readiness for new product technology/processes
- Track and report system usage and adoption metrics
- Serve as an escalation point for questions, issues, and feedback from field users and support teams
- Track post release issues and communicate executive summary information to leaders and stakeholders
- Monitor effectiveness of product design and implementation controls and implement process adjustments as needed to mitigate risk
- Perform other analysis and implementation work as needed within the product

- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in implementation, change management and product support
- Experience with Money Movement processes
- Experience with Brokerage Account Opening and Maintenance processes
- 4+ years of brokerage industry experience
- 4+ years of financial services experience
- Risk and control expertise
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate effectively with other business, operations and technology areas
- Ability to exercise independent judgement to identify and resolve problems with a focus on actionable outcomes.
- Ability to take initiative and respond pro-actively to issues and escalations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple processes and tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Agile Methodology experience
