About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineer
In this role, you will:
- Support the Lightweight Workflow configuration activities by handling configuration requirements, development environment testing, and other workflow design activities.
- Support redesign initiatives that encompass analyses and future state redesigns.
- Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks or other process improvement opportunities.
- Complete integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions.
- Consult with team to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration, drive results, and bring issues to resolution.
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with internal customers.
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

- 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Hands on experience with the Alfresco Lightweight Workflow tool, iGrafx (or similar process repository tool), Microsoft products
- Review design documentation received from onshore resources(s)
- Configure new LWWF models or modify existing LWWF models.
- Test in multiple environments, promoting to subsequent environments when ready.
- Coordinate with onshore resource re: readiness and/or issues.
- Should be well versed with techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, JIRA, SharePoint, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with Risk Identification Techniques like RCSA, Root Cause analysis, Control reviews/testing and audits will be preferred.
- MicroSoft PowerApps- Configure new PowerApps or modify existing PowerApps
