About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an exceptional strategic leader adept at communicating and synthesizing large quantities of information in tight timelines, aligning technology and business leaders across the organization for critical strategic planning within the Chief Technology Office.

Expectations of this role:

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, including C-level executives, the board and regulatory bodies
  • Proven track record in consulting or strategic roles with infrastructure and platform technologies, demonstrating expertise in assimilating complex information and delivering actionable presentations in tight timeframes
  • Strong ability to align stakeholders and build consensus across multiple organizations with competing priorities
  • Proven experience in establishing a large-scale vision, developing the strategy to support the vision, gaining consensus across key functional leadership through effective communication, and driving the vision to closure through the effective alignment of goals and objectives
  • Proficient in analyzing complex data set to derive insights and support strategic recommendations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated executive presence, ability to lead through listening

  • 10+ years of Consulting or Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with banking regulatory frameworks, controls, and the FFIEC Handbook
  • Demonstrated portfolio of board-level communications driving strategic alignment resulting in positive ROI with exceptional execution
