About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a scrum master for the Consumer CRM and Payments technology organization. The scrum master will be managing scrum teams working on critical consumer CRM and payments initiatives and focusing on delivering value to Wells Fargo customers through their agile practices and customer focused mindset.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop Agile and Scrum prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
  • Use data to help the teams assess their Scrum Maturity
  • Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
  • Oversee teams to deliver capabilities using Agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
  • Partner with managers to convey their concerns to teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
  • Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of product and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • 2+ years of Agile or Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience with Jira software, Confluence software or combination of both
  • 2+ years of implementation experience with scaling frameworks such as LeSS (Large Scale Scrum Framework) or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or a combination of both
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industy.

    Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE certifications or other advanced Agile certifications

    Pay Range

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
    $73,100.00 - $155,900.00
