About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant that leads technical integration, partner and platform support for the Business Banking cash offer acquisition marketing team. You will work across key internal teams and hosting vendors to identify new integration and tech opportunities to drive new customer acquisition for Wells Fargo business checking customers.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as the primary technical marketing lead for Business Banking marketing team, working closely with key internal digital and product partner teams, and outside vendors to drive integration, innovation, and growth opportunities for Business Banking
  • Partner with digital product teams on upcoming product application changes which have impact on the cash offer program
  • Drive integration with key teams in Marketing Services and platforms on changes, data transformation, and other enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure alignment with DPG priorities and overall prioritization to pilot new capabilities
  • Partner closely with Offer Management marketing lead to determine any dependencies on future offer constructs
  • Identify new martech capabilities or tools to leverage; drive prioritization to ensure Business Banking is included in pilot opportunities
  • Manage vendors to unlock new optimization capabilities, ensure QA prior to launch, and work within confined campaign timelines
  • Submit required intakes with digital and product partners to ensure adequate end to end testing and timely delivery of new solutions
  • Manage SOWs for landing pages and other technical needs with vendors across Business Banking marketing
  • Provide ongoing tech related status updates to Head of Growth Marketing, Small & Business Banking, Marketing Executives, CSBB CMO, SBB leadership team, and other C-suite level executives
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in leading martech and/or platform integrations with a focus on customer acquisitions, performance marketing, and cash offer experience ideally through digital, branch, and owned channels.
  • Strong technical understanding of applications and platforms; ability to take complex technical updates and distill down to simple story telling for a broader audience
  • Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Experience within financial services
  • Strong presentation skills including with senior/C-suite level leadership
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
