About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Shared Services Operations as part of the Shared Services Operations Resiliency team supporting Business Continuity Planning and Incident Management.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ year managing business continuity within an organization.
  • Knowledge of technology and business concepts, life cycles and processes
  • Sound verbal and written communication, English proficiency and ability to articulate and present
  • Self-starter with the ability work with a great degree of autonomy

Job Expectations:
  • Support SSO Resiliency Center of Excellence activities; including but not restricted to:
    • Audit remediations.
    • Quality Review of Business Continuity plans
    • Reporting/ Data collation
    • Communication with key stakeholders
    • Support Resiliency team with Plan level activities.
  • Work closely with business and resiliency team to build Business Continuity Plans
  • Work closely with Resiliency Lead & Resiliency Officers
  • Work to develop and expand data maintenance automation!
  • Ensure facilitation of assigned global resiliency activities occur within business group/enterprise function.
  • Respond to management deliverables, i.e., Audit requirements
  • Support proper coordination of GDA Transitioned functions and required updates in Operations Resiliency System (ORS)
  • Ensure required Wells Fargo BCP Certifications are obtained
  • Understand and adhere to the Enterprise Communications process for significant activities.
  • Participate in Everbridge Testing (automated call tree)
  • Complete certification requirements - Annual
  • Participate in training and awareness for Change Control
  • Preemptively monitor and address metrics and key risk indicators -Gap analysis
  • Facilitate and support the execution of the plans at the time of crisis event.
  • Support Business Leadership and the Business Control Leadership with critical components of the plan in order that they can make critical decisions.
  • Provide visibility and report to the Business Leadership and the Business Control Leadership on the critical functions, individuals, and infrastructure within the business plans.
