In this role, candidate will:

  • Manage and develop one or more specialized customer service and operations functional teams within Operations area with complex and risk in functional area
  • Develop strategies to improve staffing processes, ensure specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and compliance
  • Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated within the Operations area
  • Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to more experienced management
  • Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of functional area and team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for operation functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
  • Provide responsibility for budget and financial performance
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

  • 4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with in International Payments, Testing (System Integration, Regression, User Acceptance), Business Analysis, or Ops-Production support role
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating requirements, testing and implementation of medium to large scale enterprise projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment, take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change.
  • Candidates with knowledge on International Payments Testing ( preferably Flexcube/OBPM/OBLM) are preferred.
  • Agile or Scrum Master Certification desirable, though not mandatory
  • Minimum 4+ years of Leadership/Team Management experience.
  • Any bachelor's degree with total 4+ years of experience in International Payments, ACH, RTGS, SEPA in both MT and MX formats.
  • Demonstrated experience with implementations/support of in International Payments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the in International Payments in both MT and MX formats Developments or upgrades.
  • Sound knowledge and background of in International Payments Testing ( preferably Flexcube/OBPM/OBLM).
  • Experience working in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases.
  • Experience with Testing and Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA.
  • Experience in attending Scrum ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Ability to operate independently under strict timelines.
