About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Network Engineer
In this role, you will:
- Functional Responsibilities
- Triage & troubleshoot issues for branches / admin network of the bank
- Work with vendors on TAC cases
- Work on replacements / RMAs for the branch / admin sites
- take care of the entire branch / small admin sites
- Engages Tier 3 support, Vendor, Telco, Other Support Teams as deemed
- Work on ServiceNow for incident management
- Understanding of change management and problem management
- Work incidents in accordance with Integrated Operations Incident Management Process
- Provide updates to Team Leads and Manager

- BTech/Graduate and 3+ years of network help desk & troubleshooting experience in an operations environment.
- Strong understanding of network routing functions including BGP and OSPF
- Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in multi vendor situations.
- Good working experience in Cisco Routers / Switches / Wireless / Fortinet/ SD-wan devices; IP Subnetting, Layer 2-4 stack understanding,MPLS, IPV6.
- Understanding of Change management / problem management
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Valid CCNA Certification is must
- CCNA/CCNP/Cisco certifications
