About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Middle Market Banking Portfolio Execution Specialist. The duties for this role include but may not be limited to assembling, preparing and reviewing commercial closing documents for loans/transactions; the initial boarding and funding of deals/transactions/facilities onto accounting systems of record.

In this role, you will:

  • Complete pre-close and post-close documents for the most complex commercial real estate loans
  • Coordinate loan closings, perform customer, loan and regulatory diligence and on-going portfolio maintenance
  • Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
  • Research complex business and operational decisions
  • Review and prepare loan related documents
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and training to peers and may have limited supervisory responsibilities
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • 5+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Should have commercial loan documentation, preparation or review experience
  • Should be a strong written and verbal communicator.
  • Should be organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Should have strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Should have at least 1 year of experience using systems including but not limited to Creditview and eTrac
