About this role:

The Analytics and Tools Lead will have a technical competency for the Agile Tools Suite. You will be the first line of technical support and troubleshooting customer's issues in: Confluence, Jira, Registry, Tableau Reporting, & new tools that Wells Fargo onboards. You will stay connected to Enterprise Change Management requirements that govern and impact CTO's tool usage and experience. You will create and facilitate training on these tools for their organization. You will create and host tool support office hour sessions/Community of Practice, on a re-occurring basis. Bringing into these sessions, tool changes that could impact the tool users. You will be the source for directing new products/teams to onboard into Jira, Confluence, & Registry. You will be the CTO Tools Liaison into the PRICE product team, to address system issues that customers are facing and bring in system enhancement ideas that would better our communities use of the Agile Tool Suite.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to product teams
  • Evaluate highly complex problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency on the Agile toolset
  • Define and lead detailed research on technology requests for product teams
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of Jira and the Agile Registry
  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with product teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex problems
  • Ensure communication and information flow product teams, as well as escalations of tool production issues
  • Coordination and support from the TI Transformation organization and coaches for product launches
  • Help to coordinate planning, adoption and training for onboarding teams to the tool set. Support trainers and other enablers for the Product Transformation
  • Assist with the adoption of the reporting/dashboards across product and Agile teams
  • Identify Data SMEs that will have access to the reporting data-mart for CIO specific analysis
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience and proficient using Atlassian tools (JIRA, confluence), including experience building foundation competencies in the toolset
  • 2+ years of working with an Agile environment
  • 1+ year experience writing SQL
  • 1+ year experience writing JQL
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with creating and modifying JIRA dashboards
  • Deep experience with JIRA integrations and roadmaps
  • Experience building foundational competencies
  • Experience providing Jira configuration training
  • Relevant technical experience in an SDLC development and/or infrastructure environment
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $188,900.00
