In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
- Work as an advisor to Commercial Banking product leadership to influence technology matters and develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
- Serve as a key technology point of contact for annual investment planning and ongoing technology portfolio management support.
- Collaborate and consult with the Commercial Lending technology team, partners and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that long term, large scale, and which require understanding of Commercial Banking priorities and technology to develop executable strategies
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
- Articulate issues, risk and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management

- 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
- 3+ years of strategic planning and software development experience in a technology environment
- Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, modeling and tracking
- Knowledge of commercial lending
- Ability to create strong professional partnerships
- Good analytical skills including strategically analyzing data and diagnosing opportunities/interventions
- Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology delivery various aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
