Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Services Consultant who is a Communications and Engagement specialist

- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement communication plans to support the Digital Technology team's goals and initiatives.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written and visual content, including newsletters, blog posts, social media updates, product documentation and presentations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for digital initiatives.
- Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns for the LOB to promote new initiatives.
- Brand Management: Ensure all communications adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, webinars, and workshops to engage with stakeholders and promote the team's work.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement. -
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Office of the head of Technology, Enterprise Communications team, HR, Learning and development, to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.

- 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5-8 years of experience in communications or engagement role preferably within a technology.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (email, content management etc.)
- Pproject management and organizational skills preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about technology and digital transformation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
