Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Services Consultant who is a Communications and Engagement specialist

  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement communication plans to support the Digital Technology team's goals and initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality written and visual content, including newsletters, blog posts, social media updates, product documentation and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for digital initiatives.
  • Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns for the LOB to promote new initiatives.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all communications adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, webinars, and workshops to engage with stakeholders and promote the team's work.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement. -
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Office of the head of Technology, Enterprise Communications team, HR, Learning and development, to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.
Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in communications or engagement role preferably within a technology.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (email, content management etc.)
  • Pproject management and organizational skills preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Job Expectations:
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about technology and digital transformation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
