      Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer.

      In this role, you will:
      • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact

      Additional Responsibilities Include
      • Drive technology transformation initiative end to end from solution identification to implementation.
      • Responsible for leading large project technology solution implementation end to end
      • Collaborating with Business, architecture, platform group to define target state architecture.
      • Drive detailed technical design and perform design review.
      • Partners with Product managers to deliver enhancements to the platform.
      • Provides hands-on technology leadership.
      • Challenge status quo and be a change agent to drive implementation of technology solution.
      • In summary, ensure that the solutions that we provide are secure, stable, simple, and usable to ensure project delivery success.
      Required Qualifications:
      • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      Esstential Qualifications
      • An industry-standard technology certification
      • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders.
      • 10+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, jQuery, NodeJS, Bootstrap, MFEs
      • Experience with Cloud Services such as PCF or Azure.
      • Experience with Java, Junit, Gradle, Maven
      • Experience with API programming experience with SOAP and REST web services
      • Experience with CI/CD utilities
      • Experience working in Agile teams
      • Experience designing or developing automated solutions to business problems.
      • Nice to have Oracle SQL experience.
      • Nice to have Angular experience.
      • Nice to have secure file transmission protocols experience.
      • Knowledge and experience of web application
      • Ability to dissect technical problems, analyze data, and recommend potential solution
